At KingdomShift Media, we are committed to offering high-quality services rooted in integrity, fairness, and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle refund requests for services and digital products purchased through our platform.
Because we offer digital content, subscriptions, and advertising packages, our refund policy is structured to protect both our users and the platform from misuse or abuse.
- Digital Services and Subscriptions
All digital services, including but not limited to memberships, subscriptions, content uploads, and promotion plans are non-refundable once they are activated or accessed.
Exceptions may apply only in the following circumstances:
- A technical issue on our end prevented the use of a purchased service.
- The service was billed in error or charged multiple times.
- You cancel a paid subscription before activation and within 24 hours of payment.
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact our team at kingdomshiftmediacorp@gmail.com within 3 days of the transaction.
2. Advertising andsponsored content
Advertising packages and promotional placements are non-refundable once submitted and approved. This includes:
- Banner Ads
- Video Ads
- Featured Listings
- Sponsored content
If you submit an ad and it has not yet been published, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Important: Ads that violate our content guidelines or Terms of Use may be removed without refund.
3. Event or Limited-Time Access Products
If we offer digital event tickets, classes, or one-time access experiences:
- Refunds are not provided for missed events.
- In rare cases where the event is canceled due to technical issues or platform failure, full or partial refunds may be issued at our discretion and not guaranteed.
4. Chargebacks and Fraud
Submitting a false claim, unauthorized dispute, or chargeback against KingdomShift Media will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to pursue reimbursement, legal action, or collection processes.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email kingdomshiftmediacorp@gmail.com with the folowing:
- Full name and account email
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
We typically respond within 3-5 business days Monday thru Friday no weekends. Please be respectful and honest in your request.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Hawai'i, United States. By using our services, you agree to this policy and our right to uphold its terms.
